Abstract:
Disclosed is an interlocking mechanism for a core retrieval drill rig and a toothed drill. The toothed drill is hollow, and the outer wall of the core retrieval drill rig slidingly cooperates with the inner wall of the toothed drill. The inner wall of the toothed drill is provided with locking grooves (9), and the outer wall of the core retrieval drill rig is provided with latch grooves (10), the locking grooves (9) and latch grooves (10) all being along the axial direction. Latches (2) are provided inside the latch grooves (10), and rotation shafts are connected to the inside of the latch grooves (10), the rotation shafts being arranged in the radial direction of the core retrieval drill rig. Through holes (3) are provided in the latches (2), and the rotation shafts pass through the through holes (3). The latches (2) rotatingly cooperates with the rotation shafts. The distance from the through holes (3) to the rear ends of the latches (2) is greater than the distance from the through holes (3) to the front ends of the latches (2). The inner sides of the latches (2) are provided with spring holes A (25), spring holes A (25) being blind holes, and pressure springs (4) being provided inside the spring holes A (25). The springs (4) make contact with the core retrieval drill rig, and the distance from the spring holes A (25) to the rear ends of the latches (2) is smaller than the distance from the spring holes A (25) to the front ends of the latches (2). When the springs spring up, the latches are partially embedded in the locking grooves (9). The present interlocking mechanism for a core retrieval drill rig and a toothed drill is able to limit forward and circumferential movement of the drill rig, while backward movement is not restricted. The mechanism is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble.
