Abstract:
Provided is an intermediate cavity structure, wherein a first assembling hole (910) and an intermediate cavity (920) are provided in the intermediate cavity structure (9), a baffle (930) is provided inside the intermediate cavity (920), the baffle (930) divides the intermediate cavity (920) into a first-stage intermediate cavity and a second-stage intermediate cavity (924), an air supplementing through-hole (932) is provided in the baffle (930), and an air supplementing assembly (934) is provided at the air supplementing through-hole (932). Provided is a two-stage enthalpy-increasing rotor-type compressor having the intermediate cavity structure (9). The intermediate cavity structure achieves automatic switching of a larger effective acting volume under an enthalpy-increasing opened working condition and automatic switching of a smaller effective acting volume under an enthalpy-increasing closed working condition, so that the intermediate cavity can be matched with the optimum effective acting volume under different working conditions, whereby the suction saturability of the high-pressure air cylinder is effectively enhanced, and then the APF energy efficiency value of the two-stage enthalpy-increasing rotor-type compressor is improved.
