Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound represented by formula (IV), Ar being an aromatic ring or an heteroaromatic ring selected from a naphthalene ring, a pyridine ring, a thiophene ring, a furan ring and a substituted benzene ring, R3 being hydrogen or C1-3 alkyl. The present invention also relates a preparation method for the compound. The compound is an intermediate used for preparing a 5-hydroxyl-1,7-naphthyridine compound substituted by aryl or heteroaryl, used for inhibiting prolylhydroxylase.
