An intermittent movement feeding apparatus comprises a machine frame (1), and a transmission mechanism, a drive mechanism and a punching mechanism that are disposed on the machine frame. A storing device (10), a discharging area (11) located below the storing device, a machining area (13) located below the punching mechanism, and a waiting area (12) located between the discharging area and the machining area are disposed on the machine frame. The drive mechanism comprises a pushing drive part and a clamping drive part. The pushing drive part comprises a power input shaft (30) connected to the transmission mechanism, a pair of first cams (31) connected to the power input shaft in a transmission mode, wheels (32) capable of sliding on peripheral surfaces of the pair of first cams respectively, a swing arm (33) connected to the wheels in a transmission mode, and a push hand (34) connected to the swing arm and used for pushing a workpiece into the waiting area from the discharging area. By means of the intermittent movement feeding apparatus, feeding and clamping are achieved in a double-cam mechanical mode, products can be fed more stably, production efficiency is improved, and the rejection rate is reduced.
