Abstract:
An intermittent oil injection protection device for a guide rail (101) on an injection molding machine, and an operating method, said device comprising: a guide mechanism (1), the guide mechanism (1) comprising a guide rail (101) and oil supplementation grooves (1011); rectangular recesses are formed in two ends of the guide rail (101); the oil supplementation grooves (1011) are formed in upper ends of two sides of the guide rail (101); two ends of each oil supplementation groove (1011) are provided with wedge-shaped structures. When a mounting frame (102) moves, movable blocks (304) are moved out of the oil supplementation grooves (1011) and are moved upwards a certain distance; after the movable blocks (304) are separated from the oil supplementation grooves (1011), communication holes (3041) in the movable blocks (304) are in communication with connection holes (2011) and connection channels (3012), and at this time, lubricating oil in a main body (201) can flow into a built-in member (401) by means of the connection channels (3012) of a casing (301), and lubricates balls (4021); by means of moving on the guide rail (101) the mounting frame (102), the movable blocks (304) can frequently enter and exit the oil supplementation grooves (1011), thereby achieving the purpose of intermittent oil injection.
