Abstract:
Disclosed are an intermittent transmission mechanism and a bottle conveying device with shifting wheels. The intermittent transmission mechanism comprises: at least one driving rotary disk (1), wherein the driving rotary disk (1) is connected to a drive device, a drive member (11) is mounted on a face of the driving rotary disk (1), the drive member (11) is located near a transmission shaft of the driving rotary disk (1), and a drive mechanism (12) is mounted on another face of the driving rotary disk (1); at least one driven rotary disk (2), wherein an outer edge of the driven rotary disk (2) is provided with a plurality of grooves (21) cooperating with the drive member (11); and at least one stop part (31) and a connection part (33) connecting the stop part (31) and the drive mechanism (12), wherein the stop part (31) is located at one end of the connection part (33); the drive mechanism (12) drives the stop part (31), via the connection part (33), to stop the rotation of the driven rotary disk (2); and the drive member (11) drives, in each of the grooves (21), the driven rotary disk (2) to rotate until the drive member (11) rotates by a pre-set angle around the transmission shaft of the driving rotary disk (1) and then leaves the groove (21), and the stop part (31) enters the groove (21) to stop the rotation of the driven rotary disk (2). The intermittent transmission mechanism has the advantages of low costs and few manufacturing difficulties.
