Abstract:
A correction coefficient k based on an atmospheric temperature Tdp in the vicinity of a delivery pipe is used to ensure the starting performance of an engine and set a stop judging fuel pressure Pref as a fuel pressure capable of preventing the occurrence of vapor (S120, S130), and the engine is stopped (S160) after a fuel pressure Pf in the delivery pipe lowers below this set stop judging fuel pressure Pref (S140, S150). Accordingly, an emission deterioration, caused when oil-tightness-leaked fuel staying in a cylinder is discharged as it is at the next engine (22) starting, can be limited. In addition, the operation of a relief valve for preventing the excessive increase of the fuel pressure Pf of the delivery pipe can be limited to thereby improve its durability.
