Abstract:
Provided is an internal combustion engine control device with which it is possible to reduce a measuring load and to calculate a flow rate around an ignition plug. This internal combustion engine is provided with a gap voltage calculating unit 31, and a flow rate calculating unit 32. The gap voltage calculating unit 31 calculates a reference gap voltage under reference conditions on the basis of a secondary current and a cylinder pressure. The flow rate calculating unit calculates the flow rate of gas around the ignition plug on the basis of the reference gap voltage.
