Abstract:
This control method of an internal combustion engine equipped with a spark plug and a fuel injection valve involves starting spark plug discharge after a gas flow from the fuel injection valve side towards the spark plug side occurs in a spark plug gap position due to spray of a fuel injected from the fuel injection valve.
