Abstract:
An internal combustion engine-driven working machine wherein an internal combustion engine and a working machine driven by this internal combustion engine are disposed side by side in a substantially rectangular space surrounded by a protective frame body, and disposed thereabove is a fuel tank formed with a flange substantially rectangular as seen from above and horizontally extending along the outer peripheral side surface, the flange of the fuel tank being supported by a cross member installed across the space between the longitudinal frames of the frame body and constituting a rectangular support frame; in this working machine, support members supporting the four corners of the flange of the fuel tank are formed to extend from the cross member, with the result that the support members project from the four corners of the rectangular support frame constituted by the cross member, so that in inserting the fuel tank in the frame body, the support members less form a constraint, and the attaching operation is easy.
