Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: an elastic member (3) that has a biasing force in an internal combustion engine rotational direction (10) and that is mounted between a second support part (2b) of an internal combustion engine side member (2) and a first support part (1b) of a starter-side member (1) along the internal combustion engine rotational direction; a stopper part (2c) of the internal combustion engine side member; and an abutment part (1c) that is of the starter-side member, that is arranged closer to an internal combustion engine rotational direction rear side than the stopper part, that can form a gap (12) with the stopper part during rotation of the starter-side member in reverse to the internal combustion engine rotational direction, and that can come into contact with the stopper part during rotation of the starter-side member in the internal combustion engine rotational direction, wherein when the starter-side member rotates in the internal combustion engine rotational direction after rotating in reverse, the abutment member is brought into contact with the stopper part, rotation caused by the biasing force of the elastic member is added to the rotation of the starter-side member, and the starter-side member rotates integrally with the internal combustion engine side member.
