Abstract:
An internal combustion locomotive operating under the extremely high-temperature ultra-strong sand wind environment. The internal combustion locomotive adopts a macro-plate high and low temperature individual cooling system and a diesel engine air intake system with a bag filter. The macro-plate high and low temperature individual cooling system adopts a macro-plate high and low temperature individual cooling mode; and the diesel engine air intake system with the bag filter is that external air enters through a V-shaped filter screen (3) for first-level filtering, passes through an inertia filter (4) for second-level filtering, and then passes through the bag filter (5) for third-level filtering, and the filtered air enters a diesel turbocharger. The macro-plate high and low temperature individual cooling mode improves the cooling capability of the internal combustion locomotive and can reduce the balance temperature of an internal combustion engine for about 4°C; and by adopting the three-level filtering for efficient filtering, the running requirements of the diesel engine can be met, and therefore the locomotive can effectively operate under severe environment.
