Abstract:
An internal curved-surface polishing machine, comprising: a rectangular base (1), a lifting device (3), a cambered-surface indexing device (5) and a polishing component (7); the lifting device (3) comprises a first connecting plate (301), a second connecting plate (303), a third connecting plate (304) and adjusting cushion blocks (302); the cambered-surface indexing device (5) comprises an eccentric cam (503), a universal adjusting rod (508) and a pressure sensor (512); and the polishing component is provided at one end of the universal adjusting rod (508). The internal curved-surface polishing machine can perform floating processing according to the surface condition of a workpiece, and by driving the eccentric cam to move back and forth in a spiral manner, the connecting plates can be processed in a dispersed manner, and by providing the adjusting cushion blocks to satisfy the requirement of the flatness of the whole lifting surface, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the processing cost is reduced. Also provided is a working method of the internal curved-surface polishing machine.
