Abstract:
Provided is an internal electrode paste that makes it possible to improve the coverage of an internal electrode. The internal electrode paste is for use in the internal electrode of a chip-type thermistor element (an NTC thermistor) (1) and comprises an Ag powder and a Pd powder as a conductive powder, a resin, and a solvent. The average particle size (D50) of the Pd powder is within the range of 0.3-0.7 µm. The average particle size (D50) of the Ag powder is 1.0 µm or higher and within a range that is equal to or less than the physical thickness of the electrode. The Ag content in the conductive powder is 30-70 wt%.
