Abstract:
Provided is an internal gear grinding method that makes it possible to grind an internal gear having an arc-like tooth shape in a short amount of time. To this end, an internal gear (W) having an arc-like tooth shape and a threaded grindstone (11) that has a barrel shape comprising a blade shape that corresponds to the arc-like tooth shape are engaged in a state in which a predetermined axis intersection angle (Σ1) is applied, and the internal gear (W) and the threaded grindstone (11) are made to rotate simultaneously so that the tooth surface (Wb) of the internal gear (W) is ground by the blade surface (11b) of the threaded grindstone (11).
