Provided are an internal heat exchange component of an absorption refrigeration unit, the absorption refrigeration unit, and an absorption refrigeration matrix. The internal heat exchange component of the absorption refrigeration unit is any one of a regenerator (200), an absorber (400), a condenser (100), an evaporator (300), and a solution heat exchanger (600). When the internal heat exchange component of the absorption refrigeration unit is any one of the regenerator (200), the absorber (400), the condenser (100), and the evaporator (300), the internal heat exchange component of the absorption refrigeration unit comprises a shell and tube heat exchanger, a heat exchange tube (102, 202, 302, 402) of which is made of plastic. When the internal heat exchange component of the absorption refrigeration unit is the solution heat exchanger (600), the internal heat exchange component of the absorption refrigeration unit comprises a plate heat exchanger, a heat exchange wallboard (620) of which is made of plastic. The total weight of an absorption refrigeration unit using the internal heat exchange component is reduced, and the absorption refrigeration unit is able to prevent generation of non-condensable gas and improve the sealing performance.
