Abstract:
The present invention relates to an internal heat exchanger double-tube structure of an air conditioning system having an alternative refrigerant applied thereto, wherein the double tube is provided with a vortex-forming dimple structure, thereby improving the heat exchange performance, and the structure is indispensably applied to an air conditioning system that needs to use an alternative refrigerant, thereby improving the performance thereof. The present invention provides an internal heat exchanger double-tube structure of an air conditioning system having an alternative refrigerant applied thereto, the internal heat exchanger double-tube structure being configured to exchange heat between a low-temperature/low-pressure refrigerant discharged from an evaporator and a high-temperature/high-pressure refrigerant discharged from a condenser, the internal heat exchanger double-tube structure comprising: an inner pipe having a channel through which the low-temperature/low-pressure refrigerant discharged from the evaporator flows; and an outer pipe surrounding the inner pipe and having a channel through which the high-temperature/high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the condenser flows, wherein the inner pipe is configured to have a helical groove such that a channel is formed along the outer peripheral surface thereof, and the helical groove is provided in a vortex-forming concave groove type on the inside thereof and along the longitudinal direction thereof such that the vortex-forming concave groove type generates a vortex in the refrigerant that flows through the channel.
