Abstract:
An internal resonator type SHG light source comprising a pump light source capable of
emitting a pump light; a solid laser capable of absorbing the pump light and outputting
a fundamental wave; an output mirror opposed to the solid laser and constructing
a resonator in cooperation with the sold laser; a wavelength converter element
disposed in the resonator to convert the fundamental wave to a higher harmonic
wave; a detector part for detecting of the temperature of the wavelength converter
element; and a rotator part capable of rotating the wavelength converter element
so as to change the incident angle of the fundamental wave against the wavelength
converter element, wherein the rotator part rotates the wavelength converter
element in conformity with the temperature of wavelength converter element
detected by the detector part.
