Abstract:

Disclosed is an internal-sealing one-piece external thread ball valve, comprising a valve seat gland (4) and a left sealing gasket (3). The valve seat gland (4) and the left sealing gasket (3) outside the valve seat gland are installed in a valve body (8); the contact portion between the valve body (8) and the valve seat gland (4) is provided with an internal thread; the contact portion between the valve body (8) and the left sealing gasket (3) is provided with a smooth inner circular face; the left sealing gasket (3) is in an inverted trapezoid shape that is thin inside and thick outside; and when the valve is assembled, the left sealing gasket (3) expands outwards under the action of pressure formed by tightening a left nut (2), so that an outer circular face of the left sealing gasket (3) and the smooth inner circular face of the valve body (8) form a seal.
