Abstract:
An internal stereo direct light curing molding 3D printing device and a control method therefor, mainly comprising a laser scanning module, a molding platform and a base; the base is a base body of the entire device, and other parts are mounted on the base, mainly comprising a bottom plate, a resin tank, a screw rod and an optical shaft; the resin tank is located in a recess at the middle of a top portion of the bottom plate, and is made of a transparent acrylic material; the screw rod is fixed at the lower left corner and upper right corner of the bottom plate by means of bearings, while the optical shaft is fixed to the lower right and upper left corner; the molding platform is mounted on the base by means of the screw rod and the optical shaft; the laser scanning module is the main module of the device and is mounted on the molding platform, employing multiple laser beams of specific wavelengths and power for directly scanning, curing and molding at the interior of a transparent photosensitive resin, thereby greatly increasing the speed of 3D printing, and having better efficiency and stability than other 3D printing technologies.
