Abstract:
The present utility model discloses an internal structure of a shielding case using a moving iron unit and having an internally mounted diaphragm, belonging to the field of headphones. The internal structure of a shielding case using a moving iron unit and having an internally mounted diaphragm, of the present utility model, comprises a shielding case and a diaphragm; the diaphragm comprises a diaphragm holder; the cross-sectional shape of the diaphragm holder is a "凵" shape; the diaphragm holder, and the lower case of the shielding case, provided with a sound hole, are connected to form a sound chamber. The machining of the present utility model is convenient, and the need for secondary processing is eliminated, thus saving time and effort and resulting in a high production efficiency; assembly is convenient, and regardless of whether gluing, welding, or a combination of gluing and welding is used, there is no impact on the thin film arranged on the diaphragm holder, and further, the sound quality of the moving iron unit is not affected.
