Abstract:
Provided is an internally meshing gear pump which can be manufactured with reduced machining steps and at low cost and which is provided integrally with a slide bearing section having consistently high anti-seizure properties. An internally meshing gear pump (1) is configured such that an inner rotor (3) with outer teeth is received within an outer rotor (2) with inner teeth so that the outer teeth mesh with the inner teeth and so that the inner rotor (3) is eccentrically rotatable. The internally meshing gear pump (1) has a trochoid (4) having suction-side displacement chambers for sucking liquid, the trochoid (4) also having discharge-side displacement chambers for discharging the liquid sucked into the suction-side displacement chambers, the suction-side and discharge-side displacement chambers being formed between the inner teeth and the outer teeth. The internally meshing gear pump (1) further has: a drive shaft (9) affixed to the inner rotor (3); a casing (5) having formed therein a recess (5a) for receiving the trochoid (4); and a cover (6) for closing the recess (5a) in the casing (5). The cover (6) has a slide bearing section (11) for rotatably supporting the drive shaft (9). The slide bearing section (11) is formed by directly injection-molding a thermoplastic resin composite on the cover (6).
