Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method and system of capturing the customers need as soon as possible, through a Lead Passer (LP) who will pass the lead of the customer at origination of need generation, for generating business leads, offering said leads to businesses through text message, email and other electronic communications based on lead categories and geographic locations of businesses, customers and potential jobs or goods or services, evaluating lead information before passing on said business lead and delivering complete customer contact information to the business or businesses. The system creates and passes leads to clients captured directly by registered LP's with the system. It tracks and maintains the lead shared and rewards the Lead Passer's on successful completion of the business.

I/We Claim

1. A system for sharing business leads provided by a Lead Passer (LP), wherein the system comprises of:

a database;

a server associated with the said database;

a means for registering LP's by a validation criteria;

a means for registering a plurality of client with the system on specified terms; a means for sharing partial details of the leads looking for services and/or goods on an automated platform of the system;

a means on the system for viewing and accessing the details by the client to avail the leads provided by the LP's;

a means for confirming with the prospects their willingness to share their deal details to the clients ;

a means for transferring the complete details of the lead to the client; and

the system determines the success of the business for rewarding the LP's on a predetermined criteria.

2. The system according to claim 1, characterized to provide a unique identification number for each authorized user of the system.

3. The system according to claim 1, characterized to provide a unique identification number for each lead provided by LP.

4. The system according to claim 1, characterized to receive, mine and transfer the information of leads through:

an online portal;

a mobile application;

an SMS or the like; and

a telephone call.

5. The system according to claim 1, characterized to track the status of the lead till its completion through a plurality of trackers.

6. The clients according to claim 1, characterized to confirm the lead, weather it is a new lead or is already received from an alternative source.

7. The clients according to claim 1, characterized to update the system on the status of the lead at a predefined level of a plurality of stages at regular intervals.

8. The system according to claim 1, characterized to store the information in the database include but not limited to:

prospects information;

leads information;

LP's information; and

the clients information or the like.

9. A method for sharing business leads provided by Lead Passer(LP's), wherein the method comprises steps of:

registering LP's by a validation criteria;

registering a plurality of clients with the system on specified terms;

sharing the details of the leads requiring services and/or goods on an automated platform of the system;

offering to view and access the partial details of leads by the clientto avail the leads provided by the LP's;

confirming with the prospects their willingness to share the deal details with client;

transferring the complete details of the lead to the clients; and

determining the success of the business for rewarding the LP's on a predetermined criteria.

10. The method according to claim 10, wherein comprises a database for storing the information include but not limited to:

prospects information;

leads information;

LP's information; and

the clients information or the like.

TITLE OF THE INVENTION

AN INTERNET BASED ONLINE PLATFORM FOR SHARING BUSINESS LEADS

Technical Field of the Invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a system for matching customers and business through a Lead Passer (LP) being rewarded. More particularly, the present invention relates to a computer and smart phone implemented application and method for sharing business leads.

Background of the Invention

[0002] Various methods have been employed for matching businesses offering goods or services with consumers seeking such goods or services. One common method for connecting consumers and businesses is for businesses to advertise in print, video or electronic format and wait for potential customers to contact them. In this format business describe the goods and/or services they offer along with their contact information.

[0003] Customers will then generally contact the business directly by using the contract information provided in the advertisement. In this format, the goods or services offered are described by the business, rather than the customer describing the goods or services they seek. In short, existing advertising procedures are centered on businesses soliciting customers and not customers soliciting businesses. Also customer would need goods and/or services and approaches the businesses on their wish and may postpone and/or contact only few businesses among the many in the market.

[0004] In prior art, U.S. Patent Number 20120323695 discusses about a system for lead generation for businesses to promote lead generation on the basis of reciprocity, whereby a business participating in the lead generation platform obtains access to the leads of other participating businesses when the participating business makes its leads accessible to the other participating businesses. The leads can be filtered to target a business and used to conduct a marketing campaign without intervening a marketing service provider. As a result the business identifies a primary demographic and control network partnership. The business can gain access to a set of non-competing leads and valued existing customers of other businesses which is in contrast to the leads provided by services. The system limits the leads generated by the first business to market.

[0005] There exists a need for capturing the customers need as soon as possible through a Lead Passer (LP) who will pass the lead of a customer immediately at its origination and allow businesses solicit the said customers in response to a lead being received in a competitive format allowing choosing the best product and/or service they offer.

Brief Summary of the Invention

[0006] The invention recognizes the limitations of the prior art and the need for systems and methods that are able to provide assistance to users in a manner that overcomes these limitations.

[0007] A principle object of the invention is to capture customer's needs and create leads of the customers looking for services and/or goods.

[0008] Another object of the invention is to share a lead with a client for generating business.

[0009] Another object of the invention is to provide an internet based online platform for creating, sharing, tracking and maintaining the lead shared by a Lead Passer (LP).

[0010] Another object of the invention is to reward the LP's on successful closure of business by clients.

[0011] Accordingly, the present invention relates to a system and a method for sharing business leads through an internet based online platform. The system creates leads of the customers looking for any services and/or goods by an LP and shares the lead with clients for generating business. The system also tracks and maintains the lead shared by the LP. The method of the system rewards the LP on successful execution of lead.

[0012] The LP according to the system is any individual interested for sharing details of the deals they come across by registering with the system. Once, any LP comes across any deal, he/she shares the details with the online portal that evaluates and share details with the clients.

[0013] According to a first aspect of the present invention, a system for sharing business leads provided by a Lead Passer (LP). The system comprises of a database, a server associated with the said database, a means for registering LP's by a validation criteria and registering a plurality of clients with the system on specified terms.

[0014] In accordance with the first aspect of the present invention, the system further comprises of a means for sharing the details of the deals relating to a service and/or goods on an automated platform of the system, a means for viewing and accessing the details by the clients to avail the leads provided by the LP's.

[0027] The present invention is directed towards a system and method for sharing leads provided by LP's for generating business. Referring to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals designate identical or corresponding systems, preferred embodiments of the present invention are described.

If the prospect is listed in DND the call centre 502 contacts with an LP 506for confirming the lead and get it confirmed by prospect on on-call through IVR (Interactive Voice Response) to confirm for getting approached by the client for this particular deal 510 and sharing the leads with a client 512.

The lead is reconfirmed 514 and Caller is provided with standard FAQs for each type of lead to record the details 516. Some more details as per standard checklist for a particular service/goods is taken like Permanent Account Number (PAN), Date of Birth (DOB), Fathers Name, etc. from an LP528 and when the prospect not interested system send SMS/email to an LP. The platform 602 send the lead to client 604 and provides a unique identification number for each lead to be identified individually 606.The client receiving the deal relating to the service and/or goods and/or products 608 and verify the details of the lead to determine the lead as an existing lead or as a new lead 610.
