Abstract:
The invention provides an Internet-of-Things household appliance off-line recovery method and a networking module, wherein the method is applied to the networking module in Internet-of-Things household appliances, and comprises: establishing connections with a plurality of cloud control platforms respectively according to preset connection protocols corresponding to the plurality of cloud control platforms, and maintaining heartbeat connections with the plurality of cloud control platforms respectively according to a preset period; if it is detected that a heartbeat connection with a first cloud control platform is interrupted, and the connection is not restored within a preset first time period, sending a connection request to the first cloud control platform; and if it is detected that the connection with the first cloud control platform is not restored within a preset second time period, performing a restarting operation and reestablishing connections with the plurality of cloud control platforms. Thus, the invention can prevent a situation in which one or more cloud control platforms go offline and Internet of Things household appliances cannot be controlled, and ensures that all cloud control platforms can control the Internet of things household appliances, which is convenient for users and improves user satisfaction.
