Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/201654
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, a shared interphone 24 images a person present at a shared entrance 16. When an authentication operation using a smart key 42 is inputted by the person into a shared entrance reading device 26, the shared entrance reading device 26 transmits authentication information to a shared entrance control device 28. The shared entrance control device 28 determines, on the basis of the authentication information, whether the person is a resident of a housing complex 10 or a visitor. In a case in which it is determined that the person is a resident of the housing complex 10, the shared entrance control device 28 transmits an unlock signal unlocking a shared entrance door 22. In a case in which it is determined that the person is a visitor, if a room number is inputted into the shared interphone 24, the shared entrance control device 28 transmits an unlock signal unlocking the shared entrance door 22 and transmits a result of imaging performed by the shared interphone 24 to a home interphone 30 corresponding to the inputted room number.
