Abstract:
Provided are an interpupillary distance adjustment mechanism and a heat-mounted device. The interpupillary distance adjustment mechanism comprises a mounting frame (10), lens barrels (30) and adjustment structures (50). The lens barrels (30) are provided on the mounting frame (10) side by side, and can slide relative to the mounting frame (10) in the side-by-side direction of the lens barrels (30). The adjustment structures (50) are arranged respectively corresponding to the lens barrels (30). Each adjustment structure (50) comprises a threaded rod (51) and a hand wheel (52), wherein one end of the threaded rod (51) in the adjustment structure (50) is in threaded connection with the corresponding lens barrel (30), and the other end thereof is connected to the hand wheel (52); and the hand wheel (52) in the adjustment structure (50) can be driven by an external force to rotate to drive the threaded rod (51) to rotate, so as to drive the corresponding lens barrel (30) to slide in the side-by-side direction of the lens barrels (30). The interpupillary distance adjustment mechanism can achieve interpupillary distance adjustment in various manners to enhance the flexibility of interpupillary distance adjustment, so as to improve the convenience of the interpupillary distance adjustment process.
