Title:
INTERRUPT MONITORING DEVICE AND COMPUTER SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/042202
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to ensure real-time processing. In the present invention, in a computer system (100) having a CPU (101) which controls a group of threads, and an interrupt monitoring device (102), at time t0, the CPU (101) and the interrupt monitoring device (102) receive an external interrupt notification from a device. At time t1, the interrupt monitoring device (102) which has received a dispatch notification compares the time from time t0 to time t1 with a predetermined threshold which is to be a response time allowed by the device. If the amount of time from time t0 to time t1 is greater than the predetermined threshold, the interrupt monitoring device (102) outputs an alarm. The CPU (101), upon receiving the alarm, controls the priority of a thread (1).
