Abstract:
The purpose of an aspect of the present invention is to allow more effective contents of intervention to be estimated in order to bring human health condition closer to an ideal health condition. In a learning phase, measured values of health conditions for a past plurality of days and target values are input sequentially to a learner that comprises a multi-layer neural network for training the learner so that the learner outputs recommended health condition target values as a next target and target achievement expected values therefor, wherein the target values and expected values are reflected from target achievement expected values that are determined from a success rate obtained when a user's health condition is made closer to the ideal heath state, sustainability that keeps the health condition close to the ideal health condition, and changes over time in health condition and history of previous interventions. In an estimation phase, health condition measured values for the user for the last three days and target values are input to the learned estimation model as mentioned above, and then, health condition target values to be recommended that are output from the estimation model are presented to the user.
