Abstract:
The present invention provides an intra-hoistway measurement system that automatically measures the dimensions inside the hoistway of an elevator before installing the elevator, thereby reducing the labor required of an operator. An intra-hoistway measurement system according to the present invention is characterized by including: a reference laser device that is installed on a ceiling or an upper structure of a hoistway of an elevator and emits a laser beam toward the lowermost portion; a movement measurement device that has a plane measurement device for measuring a horizontal dimension in the hoistway; and a movement device that is installed on the ceiling or the upper structure of the hoistway to move the movement measurement device upward and downward, wherein the movement measurement device has a reference laser detection device that detects a laser beam emitted from the reference laser device, and an orientation detection device that detects the orientation thereof.
