Abstract:
Provided are: an intradermal formulation for regenerative medicine for performing a treatment to safely, simply, and reliably induce and mature the regeneration or rebirth of lymph vessels, blood vessels, or granulation in conditions such as lymphedema, for which there was no effective method of treatment, and skin ulcers, skin pressure ulcers, and skin damage occurring during lower leg ischemia; and an intradermal administration device for regenerative medicine. The intradermal formulation for regenerative medicine is a formulation to be administered intradermally, the intradermal formulation containing platelet-rich plasma and a growth factor released from at least one type of stem cell selected from adipose-derived stem cells, myeloid stem cells, blood stem cells, and induced pluripotent stem cells. The intradermal administration device (1) for regenerative medicine has a drug chamber (14) for housing an intradermal formulation (15) for regenerative medicine, and a needle (24) and/or cannula for administering the intradermal formulation (15) for regenerative medicine.
