Abstract:
An intradermal injection needle 1 is an intradermal injection needle assembly which is used by being pierced into the skin of a living body. The intradermal injection needle 1 is provided with: a hollow needle 4 having a cutting edge capable of piercing skin and a discharge port 41 for an administration product; and a hub 2 which holds the hollow needle. The hollow needle 4 has an outer diameter of 0.15-0.20 mm, and the length of the discharge port 41 in the axial direction of the hollow needle is 0.10-0.80 mm. At the time of piercing the intradermal injection needle 1 into the skin of the living body, the entirety of the discharge port 41 can be pierced within the range of 0.20-1.00 mm under the skin.
