Abstract:
An intramedullary fixation device for radial head (9) fracture, comprising a core rod (1) inserted in the bone cavity of a radius body (8). The rod body of the core rod (1) is provided with a core rod fixing hole (2) and is fixed at a corresponding position in the bone cavity of the radius body (8) by means of a core rod fixing screw (7); an outer end of the core rod (1) is inserted into the bone cavity of a radial head (9), and radial head fixing holes (4) are distributed on a tip at the outer end of the core rod (1); and radial head fixing screw rods (6) respectively penetrate the bone from the outer side of the radial head (9) and are connected to the radial head fixing holes (4). The device is used for intramedullary fixation, is simple to operate, can achieve firm fixation, is suitable for fixation for comminuted fractures of the radial head (9), can provide joining fixation from different angles for respective bone fragments and avoid unnecessary joint replacement, and enables the radial head (9) of patients themselves to be preserved and restored as far as possible.
