Abstract:
Disclosed are an intravascular stent for intervening into blood vessels and a manufacturing method thereof. At least one weaving wire (1) is wound to form the intravascular stent; moreover, the intravascular stent is of a cylindrical structure; and at least one weaving wire (1) is provided with an even number of free ends (2, 2', 2''), the free ends (2, 2', 2'') of the at least one weaving wire (1) are connected in pairs, wherein each of the free ends (2, 2', 2'') of the at least one weaving wire (1) is provided with a cut part (3), and the cut parts (3) of each of the two connected free ends (2, 2', 2'') match with each other to splice the two free ends (2, 2', 2'') into a spliced part (4) which has the same diameter as the weaving wire (1). The intravascular stent is seamlessly connected, and the distribution of radial force and axial force of the free ends (2, 2', 2'') is uniform, thereby faciliating laser welding; moreover, the intravascular stent is highly flexible, operable and beautiful.
