Abstract:
The invention relates to intrusion detection devices for protecting areas and providing an authorised access thereto. Said invention improves the usability of the device. The inventive device comprises a video and microphone units both connected to inputs of a distribution panel, whose audio and video outputs are connected to corresponding low-frequency inputs of a TV set. A ringer generator is connected to the outputs of the distribution panel. The inventive device is provided with a remote control unit interacting with the distribution panel and with a lock control unit whose input is connected to an additional output of the distribution panel. The distribution panel comprises an additional microphone unit for two-way communication. Said device allows a user to see, hear and to speak to a visitor and also to open the lock without moving.
