Abstract:
A remaining parts number calculation unit (18) of an inventory management apparatus (1) according to the present invention subtracts a number of electronic parts mounted on one electronic circuit board by an electronic parts mounting apparatus from a number of electronic parts held by the electronic parts mounting apparatus for every time a detection signal acquisition unit (17) acquires, from sensors (2A) and (2B) for detecting a discharge of an electronic circuit board mounted with electronic parts from the electronic parts mounting apparatus, a detection signal which indicates that an electronic part has been discharged, calculates a remaining number of electronic parts held by the electronic parts mounting apparatus, and calculates, from the remaining number of electronic parts, the time to a replenishment timing of the electronic parts. A replenishment instruction generation unit (21) generates replenishment instruction information instructing the replenishment of electronic parts of the electronic parts mounting apparatus in cases where there is an electronic parts mounting apparatus in which the time until the replenishment timing of the electronic parts calculated by the remaining parts number calculation unit (18) is equal to or less than a threshold value and a replenishment instruction output unit (22) outputs the replenishment instruction information.
