Abstract:
An inventory plan creation device (1) stores a first index indicating, for each region, by what degree a demand for construction has changed in the most recent period and a second index indicating, for each region, to what degree are construction materials susceptible to natural disasters, acquires a demand record for construction materials in the past, acquires the first index and the second index on the basis of regions included in the acquired demand record, and using the acquired first index and second index, corrects the demand record and determines a suitable inventory level for the future. In addition, in the demand record, for each consecutive unit period is included a front-loading factor which is a ratio of the actual demand value to the expected demand value; wherein the inventory plan creation device, using the front-loading factor included in the acquired demand record, reviews distribution of the corrected demand record for each unit period.
