Abstract:
Disclosed is an inverse matrix iterative deconvolution method for spectral resolution enhancement. The method comprises the following steps: step I, sequence convolution and a convolution square matrix; step II, convolution square matrix cumulative multiplication and convolution kernel function peak broadening; and step III, peak resolution enhancement. In the present invention, by means of multiplying an original function by a deconvolution matrix, the aim of narrowing a peak width can be realized. Furthermore, a deconvolution unit matrix construction method is provided, thereby achieving a deconvolution calculation effect with expected precision. The method has a fast and controllable calculation process, a stable and accurate result, and a wide application range, can be used for molecular spectrums such as a Raman spectrum and an infrared spectrum, and can also be used for resolution enhancement of other spectrums with symmetrical peak patterns such as a mass spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance, XRD and XRF. In the embodiments, the Raman spectrum is taken as an example, and implementation steps and an achieved effect are provided.
