Abstract:
Affix a spool, with glue or other functional means, upon a shelf. Spool comprising colored adhesive upon tape of contrasting color. Pull tape across any two shelf edges. Push any given inverted container against adhesive, to hold relatively secure, allowing elements in container to gather at excretion exit.
