Abstract:
An inverted-F antenna is provided with: a ground member; a short-circuiting portion electrically coupled to the ground member and vertically rising from the ground member; a flat plate portion electrically coupled to the short-circuiting portion and extending from an upper end of the short-circuiting portion; a first antenna member including a protruding portion protruding from a part of an edge of the flat plate portion; and a second antenna member including a conductor pattern that has on one edge portion a feed portion and that has an increasingly greater width toward the other edge portion, the conductor pattern being electrically coupled to the flat plate portion. The second antenna member is disposed between the ground member and the flat plate portion with a predetermined distance from an edge of the flat plate portion on the opposite side from the protruding portion.
