Abstract:
An inverted type pin forming apparatus for an electronic device. The apparatus comprises a pressing die (10), a die table (20), a pressing rack (30) and a positioning apparatus. The pressing die and the die table are connected in an opening and closing mode. The pressing rack is rotatably arranged between the pressing die and the die table. The die table is provided with accommodating grooves (22) for sealing bodies of an electronic device. The positioning mechanism comprises pressing strips (41) and positioning corners (42), wherein the pressing strips are arranged at the bottom of the pressing rack and are corresponding to the accommodating grooves, and the positioning corners are arranged on the die table and used for positioning raw material plates. The edges on the two sides of each accommodating groove are matched with the pressing die to form pins of the electronic device in a punched manner. According to the pin forming apparatus, the pins are at the same height, the pressing die is easy to maintain, the raw material plates are accurately positioned, and the rate of finished products is increased.
