Abstract:
A three level inverter circuit (120) in an inverter device (101) comprises: serially connected first to fourth preceding-stage switching elements (S1 to S4); and a floating capacitor (Cf) which is connected between the connection point connecting the first preceding-stage switching element (S1) and the second preceding-stage switching element (S2) and the connection point connecting the third preceding-stage switching element (S3) and the fourth preceding-stage switching element (S4), and outputs an intermediate voltage of a DC power source from the connection point connecting the second preceding-stage switching element (S2) and the third preceding-stage switching element (S3).
A bridge circuit (130) in the inverter device (101) comprises first to fourth subsequent-stage switching elements connected, in bridge form, to first to fourth terminals. The first terminal is connected to the connection point between the second preceding-stage switching element and the third preceding-stage switching element and the second terminal is connected to a second input end. Thereby, it is possible to provide an inverter device capable of reducing switching loss.
