Title:
INVERTER DRIVING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/008333
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem regarding the inability to detect an erroneous ignition of a lower arm switching element due to voltage change when an upper arm switching element is switched from off to on. According to the present invention, in a gate voltage detection unit 33, when a gate voltage Vge_P has exceeded a reference voltage Vth at a comparator VC1, a signal is transmitted to a photocoupler P1, so that a signal of logic "0" is inputted from the photocoupler P1 to one side of an OR circuit. In a gate voltage detection unit 34, when a gate voltage Vge_N has exceeded the reference voltage Vth at a comparator VC2, a signal is transmitted to a photocoupler P2 connected to the output side of the comparator VC2, so that the signal of logic "0" is inputted from the photocoupler P2 to the other side of the OR circuit. When the signal of logic "0" has been inputted to one side and the other side, the OR circuit outputs the signal of logic "0" as an erroneous ignition detection signal ALM to a control unit 1.
