Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an inverter power source device having a measuring function for measuring degradation of a rectifying element such as a diode.
[Solution] This inverter power source device comprises: a step-down stabilizing unit 120 which applies a gradually increasing reverse voltage to diodes 172, 174; an isolation amplifier 130 which detects the current value of a current flowing through the diodes 172, 174 when the reverse voltage is being applied; and an inverter control unit 140 which determines that the diodes 172, 174 are degraded if the detected current value is greater than an assessment current value for assessing degradation of the diodes 172, 174, and determines that the diodes 172, 174 are not degraded if the detected current value is smaller.
