Abstract:
An inverter transformer, comprising a one end opening type core (2) in which one or more center leg parts (7) are formed between two side leg parts (6) and (6), the base end sides of these leg parts are connected to each other through a side connection part (9), and a gap is formed between the leg parts and bobbin bodies (5) installed according to the number of the center leg parts (7) and formed by winding primary windings (3) and secondary windings (4) on the outer peripheries of bobbins. Also, a means for restricting the inclination of the bobbin bodies (5) is formed by forming projected parts on both sides of the tip side face of the bobbin bodies (5) and by using side connection parts (9) positioned on the front sides of the base end parts of the bobbin bodies (5) and projected parts positioned on the rear sides of the side leg parts of the core (2). Thus, the dispersion of leakage inductance can be suppressed by keeping constant a gap in a magnetic path, and a time and effort can be reduced and adjustments can be simplified in an assembly process.
