An ion exchanger-filled cartridge filled in the interior with an ion exchanger and stored on the inside of a storage container of a metal removal column, wherein the ion exchanger-filled cartridge is characterized in having: a cylinder part; an upper lid in which a passage hole for a liquid to be treated is formed, the upper lid being provided at the upper end of the cylinder part; a lower lid in which a passage hole for a treated liquid is formed, the lower lid being provided at the lower end of the cylinder part; an insertion tube connecting to the lower lid and having an O-ring attached to the outside of the insertion tube, the insertion tube being inserted in the inside of a treated liquid discharge tube provided at the bottom part of the storage container of the metal removal column; and an ion exchanger filling the interior of the cylinder part. The present invention makes it possible to provide a metal removal column in which impurities are prevented from entering the refinement system and the treated liquid is prevented from becoming contaminated during exchanging of a cartridge filled with an ion exchanger, and an ion exchanger-filled cartridge used for the metal removal column.
