An ion feeder which comprises: an ion generator (15) that generates positive ions and releases the ions into the air; an electrostatic atomizer (10) that generates charged fine water droplets constituted of negatively charged atomized water and that releases the fine water droplets into the air; and a blower (5) that sends out the positive ions and the charged fine water droplets.
