Abstract:
In this ion generating apparatus, induction electrodes (3, 4) are formed on a surface of a substrate (5), holes (5a, 5b) are made on the inner side of the induction electrodes (3, 4), respectively, needle electrodes (1, 2) are mounted on a substrate (6), and leading end portions of the needle electrodes (1, 2) are inserted into the holes (5a, 5b), respectively. Furthermore, substrate dimensions are reduced by eliminating a part of the induction electrodes, and the ion generating apparatus is made small. With such configuration, the present invention provides an ion generating apparatus, which is capable of stably generating ions even under high-humidity environment, and which can be mounted also in small electric apparatuses.
