Abstract:
A first electrode (2) is supported by a frame (1) so as to protrude into a through-hole (1a), and has a leading end (2a) located in the through-hole (1a). A second electrode (3) is supported by the frame (1) so as to protrude into the through-hole (1a), and has a leading end (3a) located in the through-hole (1a). Insulators (4) are formed such that the respective leading ends (2a, 3a) of the first and second electrodes (2, 3) are exposed therefrom, and are formed so as to be closely attached to the outer peripheries of sections closer to the frame (1) side than the leading ends (2a, 3a) in respective portions protruding from the frame (1) into the through-hole (1a) of the first and second electrodes (2, 3).
