Abstract:
Disclosed is an ion indicator which collects ions using a first capacitor (LCa) which includes a liquid crystal layer and a second capacitor (LCd) which includes a liquid crystal layer, equipped with a first and second collector electrode (CEa, CEd) and a charging circuit (CHC) for charging the first and second capacitors (LCa, LCd), where the first collector electrode (CEa) is connectable to the electrode segment (SGa) of the first capacitor (LCa) and the second collector electrode (CEd) is connectable to the electrode segment (SGd) of the second capacitor (LCd). The disclosed device provides a low-cost ion indicator.
