Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to reduce the power consumption of an ion release device. In this ion release device, the surface potential of each of a plurality of sections of an object is measured, and ions are released on the basis of the measurement results of the surface potential of the respective sections. Thus, ions can be released in a section of the object having a high surface potential. As a result, the power consumption of the ion release device can be reduced. Furthermore, the ion release device comprises a plurality of ion release units, and when the units are operated individually on the basis of the surface potential of the respective sections, the operation frequency of each of the ion release units can be reduced. As a result, the number of times the ion release device requires maintenance can be reduced.
